We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We do not accept returns or refund requests for products after this 30-day period has expired.
Return Conditions (For Dresses)
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

The dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be free from any stains, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or distinct odors.

It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Return Shipping Fees

GG BOND Error (Incorrect/Defective Item): Nobody’s perfect, but we always strive to be. If we shipped the wrong item or the dress has a manufacturing defect, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Customer Preference (Size/Style/Change of Mind): If the item received is correct and as described, but you wish to return it due to size preference or change of mind, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order for the desired item at your convenience on nf00z1-ua.myshopify.com.
Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@nf00z1.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.

After Shipment / In Transit: If your order has already been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and follow our standard return process. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund (except in cases of incorrect/defective shipments).
How to Initiate a Return

If your return is due to a quality issue, please attach clear photographic evidence.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address not authorized by our team.
Refund Processing Time

Inspection: We aim to process and inspect returns within 3 business days of receiving them at our warehouse. (During high-volume holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer).

Approval & Refund: Once your returned dress is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Bank Posting: Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to officially reflect on your account.
Delayed Refunds
