Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
Nobody’s perfect, but we always strive to be. In the rare instance that an issue arises, we want to ensure you have a worry-free after-sales experience.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to notify us and request a return. Please note that we do not accept returns or refund requests for products that are more than 30 days old from the date they were delivered.
Return Conditions & Shipping Fees

GG BOND Error (Incorrect/Defective Shipments): If we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item, or if the dress has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will gladly cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Customer Preference: If the item received is correct and matches the description, but you wish to return it (due to size preference, style preference, or change of mind), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Dress Status: All returned dresses must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items with stains, perfumes, makeup, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
No Direct Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges. If you do not like the item you purchased or need a different size, you can apply for a return following our standard procedure and repurchase the desired item on our website at your convenience.
Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@nf00z1.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After Shipment (In Transit): If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled in transit. Once you receive the package, you can initiate a return. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your original payment amount (except in the case of incorrect or defective shipments).
Return Processing & Refund Timeline

Warehouse Inspection: We aim to process and inspect returns within 3 business days of receiving them at our warehouse. Please note that during high-volume seasons or holidays, processing may be slightly delayed.

Refund Issuance: Once your returned item(s) are inspected and confirmed to meet our return conditions, your refund will be approved and processed within 3 business days.

Bank Posting: It may take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
